We use the information we collect to provide and improve the Service — including storing your projects and tool data, generating AI responses, processing payments, and providing customer support. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated advertising.
When you use the AI advisor, your messages are sent to Anthropic's API to generate a response. Anthropic processes this data according to its own privacy policy and terms, available at anthropic.com. We send only the content of your conversation with the AI advisor — never your billing information or account password.
Your account data is stored in a Postgres database hosted by Supabase, protected by row-level security so that you can only access your own data — enforced at the database level, not just through the app's interface. Payment information, once payment processing is live, will be handled entirely by Stripe; this site will not store raw card numbers. We use industry-standard measures to help protect your data, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Launching Desk does not currently use analytics or advertising tracking cookies. Staying logged in relies on a session token managed by Supabase, which is necessary for the Service to function and is not used to track you across other sites.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll post a notice on the Service or email the address associated with your account before the changes take effect.
